Every monitor and browser output settings are different so the colors displayed on your screen may be slightly different than what is printed. All prints will be done using a high quality digital printer on high quality photo paper or cardstock. Please contact me about sample prints.
Your right to privacy is important to us. We will not sell or redistribute your personal information to third parties. In addition, your personal pictures will not be sold or redistributed.
All payment transactions will be processed through Paypal. Once an order is made, you will receive a Paypal Invoice from me. The invoice will include the price of the items, shipping and a $1.80 non-refundable Paypal transaction fee. The creation of your design can not be started until payment has been received.
Once payment has been received and the design has been started, you must be available via e-mail, able to answer questions. Almost all communication is via e-mail and not by phone, fax, postal mail (snail mail) or in person.
I understand that mistakes may happen. We will not ship a damaged or an unsatisfactory product to you. I am a perfectionist and will only give you the best product possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact me directly and I will be more than happy to fix the problem. Because our items are custom, it wouldn't make sense to offer any returns, but I will offer refunds based on my discretion. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
